Location: Hamilton County
Primary Job Functions: As a Radon Specialist, you will install radon mitigation systems into existing homes and complete inspection punch list repairs.
Required Qualifications:
- Be physically capable of SAFELY completing tasks including, but not limited to, carrying and climbing ladders, accessing ladders, accessing crawlspaces and attics, climbing to and walking on roofs, etc.
- Comfort with or ability to learn basic electrical skills as it relates to installation requirements
- Ability to use concrete coring tools, fit PVC piping, and use other miscellaneous power tools
- Install crawl space encapsulation
- Ability to perform miscellaneous repairs related to real estate inspection punch lists
- Self-motivated, good communication skills, and ability to interact well with clients
- Perform all duties and expectations with a positive attitude and accommodating manner
- Always maintain customer satisfaction standards before, during, and after all client interactions and installations
- Adherence to NRPP, and State of Indiana standards
- All installations are to be completed following design systems that meet or exceed AARST/ANSI installation requirements

- Radon systems are installed correctly, safely, and on schedule
- Clients feel informed, respected, and confident in the work performed
- Jobs are completed with attention to detail and minimal callbacks
